Ordered today, delivered tomorrow
You can place your order via PostNL on working days until 2 PM to receive it at home the next day. If you order after friday 2 PM, you'll receive your order on tuesday.
Pick up at a pick-up point
Are you’re often away from home, or live near a Skins store or PostNL pick-up point, you may want the convenience of picking up the order yourself. You can have your order sent to a Skins Cosmetics store or a PostNL point.
If you have your order delivered to a Skins Cosmetics store, it is free and takes three to five business days. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Orders that are sent to a PostNL point can sometimes be picked up the next day. You’ll receive a tracking code with more information about when your order can be picked up.
Please note: When picking up your order, you must be able to present a valid ID (passport, ID card or driver's license). For orders delivered to a Skins Cosmetics store you’ll also need to hand over the order confirmation. You can’t pick up your order until you have received an email that your order has arrived in the store.
Shipping outside the Netherlands
If you do not live in the Netherlands, we will ship your order within Europe without any problems. We will ship your order within one working day and send you a tracking code.
If you pick up your order at a Skins Cosmetics store, this is completely free.
We ship orders via PostNL free of charge from € 50 within the Netherlands, with the exception of our sample sets. The costs of orders under € 50 are € 4 per order.
The shipping costs of sample sets are € 2.20 for 1 set and a maximum of € 4 for 2 sets or more.
For orders outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs are € 10 for EU Zone 1 (free for orders over € 65), € 15 for EU Zone 2 (free for orders over € 150), € 20 for EU Zone 3 (free for orders over € 150) and € 25 for EU Zone 4 (free for orders over € 150).

During very busy periods, for instance the December holidays or Easter, alternate delivery times should be taken into consideration for all delivery options. We will keep you posted on the actual delivery time.
What items are eligible for returns?
- Unopened and unused items (with the exception of self-assembled sample sets) can be returned within sixty days without reason.
- Items that have arrived damaged or incorrectly.
- Items of which the quality does not meet the stated specifications (If an article provokes an allergic reaction, please contact us).
What items are not eligible for returns?
- Items that need to be hygienic (such as make-up) but have a broken seal.
- Articles that are damaged by use.
- Articles that have been used and/or have a broken seal.
- Self-assembled sample sets. Read more about the terms & conditions of sample sets.
- Articles from the Skins Cosmetics Archives.
- Articles that have been bought in a Skins Cosmetics store can’t be returned online.
How can I return something?
You can register your return online if you have created an account. To register your return online, go to your personal Skins Account > My orders and click on the order for which you want to return an item.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, you can also send an email to [email protected].
After you have informed us, you must return the items to us as soon as possible, but in any case no later than thirty days after the notification. If necessary, contact our customer service.
We request that you return the items to us in the original packaging and in the original box or a comparable box. You can also return the items to one of our stores. Do not forget to include the five-digit order number/reference number of your order.
Due to the corona virus, it may be that the processing of your return takes longer than you are used to from us. We will send you a confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.
If you paid with iDeal, credit card or PayPal, the paid amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. If you have (partially) paid with a Skins Giftcard, you will receive this amount back (partially) in the form of a Skins Giftcard. The remaining amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
You can get a refund of the shipping costs for the return shipment if an item from your order is damaged, delivered incorrectly, or if you return the order for good reason. If necessary, send an email to customer service to send your order, or email your proof of shipment to receive a refund.
The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. As a customer of Skins Cosmetics you are entitled to a good product. If the article is not what you expect from it, please contact us and we will find a solution together.
