Can I switch to a different fragrance route?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change routes on-site.

Can I attend activities from a different fragrance route?
No, this is not possible due to the available capacity.

What language is spoken during my fragrance route?
The sessions by the perfume houses are hosted in English, as the founders come from various countries. Our Skins Experts speak both Dutch and English and are ready to assist you in your preferred language.

How long does the event last?
The regular fragrance routes take approximately 5 hours, including a 75-minute lunch/drinks break. The VIP Experience, including lunch, lasts a total of approximately 6.5 hours and includes the extra Raw Materials masterclass.

Where can I find parking?
We recommend using public transport to reach the event. Pillows Hotel Amsterdam is easily accessible by tram, bus and metro. If you choose to drive, please note that street parking around the hotel is limited, and car parks are at least a 10-minute walk away. Plan your parking in advance, reserve a spot in a car park if necessary, and check the walking distance to ensure you arrive on time for the event.

How do I reach the event by public transport?
Pillows Hotel Amsterdam is easily accessible by tram 9 and 14, and bus N87, which will bring you to the Alexanderplein stop, just a few minutes’ walk from the location. From Weesperplein metro station, it’s approximately a 15-minute walk.

Is it possible to dine at Pillows Hotel Amsterdam?
After Fragrance Experience Live, you can choose to end the day with dinner at one of the restaurants at Pillows Hotel Amsterdam. On Saturday, 7th September, you can make a reservation at VanOost Restaurant. On Sunday, 8th September, you can reserve a table at either VanOost Restaurant or Brasserie Spring. Please note that dinner is not included in your event ticket.
