Mouillez bien vos mains. Versez un peu de savon sur vos mains. Frotter les mains l'une contre l'autre assez longtemps, en veillant à ce que le dessus et le dessous soient bien recouverts de savon, en frottant bien toutes les extrémités des doigts, entre les doigts et y compris les poignets. Rincez soigneusement le savon à l'eau courante. Séchez bien vos mains, sans oublier la peau entre les doigts.
