How would you describe the concept of ‘well-being’?

Well-being is a holistic state blending physical, mental, and emotional health. It goes beyond the absence of illness and incorporates aspects of happiness, fulfilment, and balance in various aspects of life.


How are well-being and beauty connected, and how do they mutually enhance each other?

Well-being and beauty are intertwined, as feeling good about oneself positively influences one's appearance. When you prioritise selfcare and cherish your well-being, it reflects in your skin and appearance. Conversely, engaging in beauty rituals often boosts self-confidence and improves mental well-being.


With the days growing shorter and darker, especially in Scandinavia, people may experience some gloominess. How do you think beauty enthusiasts can ensure their well-being during this season?

During darker seasons, maintaining well-being is crucial. Beauty enthusiasts can focus on skincare routines tailored to combat dryness and use products that evoke a sense of warmth and comfort. Additionally, aromatic products or a warm shower can help you relax your mind. Moreover, physical touch when you shower offers many benefits, including reducing stress. It also stimulates the production of endorphins, a natural feel-good hormone in the body.


What steps do you take to strike a healthy balance between work, obligations and ‘me-time’? And, more importantly, to keep that balance?

Maintaining balance is a constant effort. I prioritise tasks, delegate when necessary, and ensure I allocate dedicated time for selfcare and relaxation. Setting boundaries and learning to say 'no' when needed are essential to maintaining this balance.
