What is an eau de parfum?

The term eau de parfum indicates the percentage of perfume in a bottle. In the case of eau de parfum, this involves 15 to 20 per cent perfume, making this type of fragrance long to be experienced on the skin. If you want an even stronger perfume that stays longer on the skin, you could go for an extrait de parfum. Instead, if you want to go for a less noticeable perfume, opt for an eau de toilette. Even lighter is an eau de cologne or a solid perfume.
