Wondering how to order and/or pay for products at Skins? Read all about the options here. If you’re still unsure, please get in touch with our online Skins Experts.
How do I place an order?
Select an item and then choose the size, colour and quantity you want. The products will then appear in your shopping basket. When you’ve finished shopping, click on the shopping basket in the top right-hand corner of the screen to view your order summary. Here, you can make any necessary changes or proceed to checkout.
The benefits of an account
You can create a personal account with Skins. This offers many benefits, such as viewing previous orders and easily returning products. Your address and personal details are also stored in your account, allowing you to check out more quickly. Voucher codes are also visible in your account. At Skins, we reserve the right to delete a customer account if necessary. We only do this in exceptional circumstances and aim to notify the customer first before taking this action.
A birthday gift from Skins
As a loyalty member, you’ll receive an email two weeks before your birthday, allowing you to redeem your birthday gift from two weeks before to four weeks after your birthday. The Gift is automatically added to any purchase of 30 euros or more, both online and at the till in the boutique.
Help choosing with our unique Sample service
Choosing a new perfume online can be tricky, but Skins has the solution. With our exclusive Sample service, you can put together a Sample Set containing five (home) perfume samples to discover for yourself which fragrances are your favourites. Our Skins Experts are on hand to help you put together a Sample Set. For €26 (excluding postage), you’ll receive five samples and a voucher worth €10 to redeem on your next online order. Buying a gift? Let us wrap it for you
Would you like to surprise someone with a gift from Skins? Shop online for a product and have it gift-wrapped, with a personal message if you wish. You can have the order delivered directly, as the invoice won’t be included. Please note: don’t forget to tick the ‘gift wrapping’ box in advance; you cannot request this afterwards.
What payment methods are available for my order?
At Skins, you can pay via iDeal, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bancontact, pay later with Klarna, by Mastercard, VISA or American Express credit card, with a VVV voucher (in-store only), Fashioncheque Beauty or with the Skins Giftcard*. All prices shown include VAT. It is not possible to purchase a Skins Giftcard using another Giftcard.
*The VVV voucher and Fashioncheque Beauty are not valid in our boutique in Groningen.
The Sample service Voucher is valid for three months and can be selected at checkout. You can only enter the Skins Giftcard once you have proceeded to ‘pay’. Want to check your balance? Click here.
