Wishlist
The Wishlist is a tool to overview your favourite products fast and easy. This Wishlist is completely non-binding – the products placed in it are not reserved or automatically ordered and can thus sell out. No rights can be derived from the Wishlist. Unfortunately, we are not able to answer questions concerning the contents of the Wishlist. For all product related inquiries, you can contact our customer care department.

Collection
Not all products that can be found in the Skins webstore are available in the brick and mortar Skins stores. However, all products part of the online collection can be ordered in store and delivered to the desired address within one business day free of charge.

Sample Service
The Sample Service is exclusively offered online at skins.nl and applies to selected products. It is not possible to collect samples that were ordered online in the store. In the brick and mortar Skins stores testers are available and samples are custom made. The voucher worth €15 that is included in every Sample Service order can be redeemed at every Skins store, with the exception stores that are housed within de Bijenkorf. The voucher is valid for the purchase of full-size products and cannot be used for a Sample Service order. You can redeem a maximum of one voucher per product. No cash refunds are issued if the value of the purchase is less than €15. The Sample Service voucher is valid for three months after issuance. Skins has the right to modify these general conditions at any moment without any prior notification. Please contact our customer care department for more information.
