How to
Shower gel
Apply while showering. Step out of the running water and apply a desired amount of shower gel to the body. Massage well and rinse off.
Body balm
After showering, apply to the skin and massage in with long strokes - working from the legs upwards - until the cream is completely absorbed.
Hand balm
Apply a small amount to the back of your hand and divide between the backs of both hands. Proceed by dividing the cream between the fingers and massage each finger and cuticle individually. After doing that with both hands, spread the cream on both hands and finish with the inside of the hand.
