L'Eau Papier by DIPTYQUE is inspired by paper itself, as a material and means of artistic expression and creation. Perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin started with toasted sesame seeds as the first ingredient, chosen to evoke the new scent of ink and add a delicate touch. Musky notes enhance the sensual aspect, and floral mimosa brings soft, powdery qualities. The unique character of the grain and ink notes, mixed with the sweetness of white musk, thus creates the scent of paper and results in a subtle and sensitive perfume.

How to
Apply perfume to places where you feel your heartbeat well such as your wrist and neck. You can possibly mist the perfume over clothes, this way the scent also stays longer. With eau de parfum, extrait de parfum and perfume, the scent is worn only on the skin, as oils need skin to hold scent. Cologne and Eau de toilette can be misted on clothes. Note: if the perfume has a strong colour concentration, do not mist it on light clothing.
