Maak je handen goed nat. Neem wat van de zeep over op de handen. Wrijf de handen lang genoeg over elkaar, zorg dat de boven- en onderkant goed bedekt zijn met zeep, wrijf hierbij goed alle vingertoppen in, tussen de vingers en neem ook de polsen mee. Spoel de zeep zorgvuldig af met stromend water. Droog je handen goed af, vergeet hierbij niet de huid tussen de vingers.
