Terms and conditions Samples

• As from € 20 you can choose whether you want to receive a sample during checkout. If no sample is selected during the online order, no sample can be sent afterwards.
• The sample is not available when purchasing a Skins Box, a product from The Archives, Masterclasses, a Skins Giftcard and/or a Sample Set.
• The sample will be delivered as long as stocks last. We do our best to always provide up-to-date information on availability.
• Skins' general terms and conditions apply.
• Skins Giftcards are excluded from sample allocation. For example: Is your total amount above €20, but there is a Skins Giftcard in your purchase? If the total amount minus the amount of the Skins Giftcard is below €20, then no sample will be awarded.

A gift from Skins x Essential Parfums

• Become a Skins Inclusive Member.
• As a Skins Inclusive Member, you are entitled to one 10ml travel size of Osmanthus Absolu by Skins x Essential Parfums when spending from €100 in our boutique and online.
• The Gift is awarded once per person and is not stackable. It will not be reissued on subsequent orders over €100.
• Gift will be delivered while stocks last. We do our best to provide up-to-date information on availability.
• The gift is not available when purchasing Skins Giftcards, Gift Boxes, Sample Sets and Masterclasses on Demand.
• For example: is your total amount over €100 but your purchase includes a Skins Giftcard? If the total amount minus the amount of the Skins Giftcard is below €100, no gift will be awarded.
• The gift applies on top of the regular gift selection.

Terms and conditions Skins Inclusive

• As a Skins Inclusive Member, you are entitled to a personal Gift with purchases from € 130.
• The higher your Skins Inclusive level, the more luxurious your gift becomes.
• Gifts vary per boutique and change throughout the year.
• In the e-boutique, you may also choose a gift from a lower level, if that is your preference.
• Your personal gift can only be awarded if you pay in the (e-boutique) with the Skins account with which you are a Skins Inclusive member.
• Exclusive gifts are excluded when purchasing physical giftcards, digital giftcards, giftcard boxes, sample sets and Masterclasses. This exclusion also applies to the welcome gift and birthday gift.
• For some products, it is not possible to choose the exclusive gift and samples yourself. This is because these products are not shipped from our main warehouse. Instead, our Skins Experts will add them when your order is packed. This also applies to the welcome gift.
• Skins Giftcards are excluded from being awarded personalised gifts. For example: Is your total amount over €130, but there is a Skins Giftcard in your purchase? If the total amount minus the amount of the Skins Giftcard is below €130, no personal gift will be awarded.
• The exclusive gift will be delivered as long as stocks last. We do our best to always provide up-to-date information on availability.

A birthday gift from Skins
As a Loyalty Member, you will receive an email two weeks before your birthday, allowing you to redeem your birthday gift from two weeks before to four weeks after your birthday. The gift will be added automatically on purchases of 30 euros or more, both online and at checkout in the boutique. The gift is not valid when purchasing physical giftcards, digital giftcards, giftcard boxes, sample sets and Masterclasses.
