How do I return an article?
To do so, please send an e-mail to [email protected], a message via Whatsapp (+31 020-740 3220) or our chat (click on 'live chat' at the bottom right of the screen).
Please mention the relevant return product in your message. We will then send you an e-mail with a reply number from PostNL, which you can use to return the order free of charge. You can use this reply number to hand in the order at a PostNL location. Please note that we send our parcels via DHL, but our returns go via PostNL.
