Under what conditions can I return a product?

We fully understand that you want to experience a fragrance before you buy. That is why we have the Sample Service: one of our most valued services, for you. Easily create your own set, or choose from a selection made by our Skins Experts. Also in our boutiques, we are ready to help you find and experience your new perfume.

To return a product, it must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unopened and unused. Is it not an incorrect product and has the seal been broken? Then it is a case of value reduction and unfortunately we cannot refund the full purchase price.
• The product must be returned within 60 days.
