Are there any conditions for posting a product review?

Yes, there are conditions attached to posting a product review on our e-boutique. A good review helps other customers make informed choices and allows us to improve our services and products further. For this reason, a review must meet specific criteria before we approve it. 

 These are our conditions for posting a product review:
  • The review must have a title.
  • The review must consist of at least 40 characters and six words.
  • The review must not contain swear words or discriminatory language. Expressing emotions is allowed, but aggression is not.
  • The review should be realistic and focused on the product, not an experience with Skins. Would you like to give feedback on an experience with Skins? Then please contact one of our Skins Experts.
  • You need to select the number of stars you want to assign to the product.

A product review is accepted or rejected within 72 hours based on these criteria. If you are a Skins Inclusive member, you will only receive points for posting a review if it meets the conditions above.
