How to
To apply Laura's special Tightline technique, dampen the Flat Eye Liner Brush with the Tightline Activator or water. Use this to make a thick paste of the Cake Eye Liner. Then apply with a stamping motion at the root of the upper lash hairs, at the base of the lashes (i.e. not on the eyelid as with traditional eye liner).
