Four new perfumes to discover this autumn
There’s plenty of new fragrance news to discover this autumn. Maison Crivelli presents tobacco in an unexpected light, Goldfield & Banks lets ‘Sunset Hour’ fade into twilight, and EX NIHILO finds inspiration in movement. And at Layer+? There, ‘Matcha’ is now part of the revamped Sample Set.
Sunset Hour, but darker: Goldfield & Banks Sunset Hour Dark Peach
The sun sets in Broome, Western Australia, and Sunset Hour becomes Dark Peach. The iconic fragrance takes on a warmer, darker side, inspired by the moment when sunset slowly gives way to twilight.
Rum lends the familiar fruity notes greater depth. Pink berries and ginger keep the opening lively, after which vanilla, woody amber and tonka bean take over the warmth.
