L'Eau is DIPTYQUE'S first eau de toilette, founded in 1968, drawing inspiration from childhood memories and based on English potpourris, a dish loved by one of DIPTYQUE'S founders, Desmond Knox-Leet. The fragrance is a spicy and floral composition of cinnamon, sandalwood, geranium, roses and cloves.

How to

With eau de parfum, extrait de parfum and perfume, perfume is only worn on the skin, because oils need skin to retain fragrance. Cologne and Eau de toilette can be sprayed on clothing. Note: If the perfume has a strong colour concentration, do not mist on light-coloured clothing.
