How to
Always use a laundry bag. Wash using a hand wash programme with liquid Ph neutral detergent. Do not spin dry. Hang out to dry and iron the pillowcase to make it smooth, soft and wrinkle-free.

It is very comfortable on the head and on the eyes and does a very good job of blocking out light. A lot of other sleeping masks are not soft enough to wear every night or they move around too much. I can wear this every night with no issue, I am considering getting another one.
