How to
Moisten the pencil with a small amount of water and create a 'thick paste' of the eyeliner. Test the colour intensity on top of your hand. Place the flat tip of the brush on the lash line and dot the colour across the eye, forming a precise line. For a smokey look: lightly sweep upwards to soften the line - for more drama, also apply to the lower eyelid. Care: always clean in the direction of the hair - never swirl or rub too hard on a surface. If needed, cleanse with mild Shampoo and warm water and gently squeeze in water - sweep from base to tip - and rinse thoroughly. Bring into shape and let dry on a flat surface - Do not leave brush upright to dry and do not use cleansers with alcohol.
