The oat lipids and oils in this light gel serum are sourced from Scandinavia. With high levels of avenanthramides, ceramides, beta-glucans, vitamin E, skin-identical fatty acids and a high concentration of niacinamide, also known as vitamin B3, they have moisturising properties.
