How to
Zorg ervoor dat de lont niet meer brandt, het kaarsvet is gestold en de kaars en de lont zijn afgekoeld. Houd de lontentrimmer schuin, met de onderkant van het knipgedeelte dichtbij de lont. Knip de lont af tot een lengte van ongeveer 0,5 tot 1 centimeter. Knip de lont niet te kort, want dit kan ervoor zorgen dat de kaars niet goed brandt. Verwijder het afgeknipte deel van de lont om te voorkomen dat het in het kaarsvet valt bij de volgende keer branden. Houd de lontentrimmer buiten het bereik van kinderen.
