As hand soap
Wet your hands thoroughly. Apply some soap to your hands. Rub your hands together for long enough to ensure that the tops and bottoms are well covered with soap, making sure to rub in all your fingertips, between your fingers and your wrists as well. Rinse the soap off thoroughly under running water. Dry your hands thoroughly, making sure not to forget the skin between your fingers.
As a shower gel
Apply whilst showering. Step away from the running water for a moment and apply the desired amount of shower gel to your body. Massage it in thoroughly and then rinse off the lather.
