Reinig de tandenborstel uitsluitend met water en gebruik geen agressieve chemicaliën of schurende schoonmaakmiddelen, omdat deze de gemetalliseerde onderdelen kunnen aantasten. Deel de tandenborstel niet met anderen om kruisbesmetting te voorkomen. Kauw niet op de tandenborstel en slik deze niet door, aangezien dit schade kan veroorzaken en verstikkingsgevaar oplevert.
