Maak je handen goed nat, neem wat zeep en wrijf je handen lang genoeg over elkaar zodat boven- en onderkant goed bedekt zijn, inclusief vingertoppen, tussen de vingers en de polsen. Spoel de zeep zorgvuldig af met stromend water en droog je handen goed, ook tussen de vingers.
