Like a sculptor, Roucel started from scratch with hefty portions of cashmeran, sandalwood, musk and patchouli. With the aim of capturing the deep and long-lasting woody scent of warm skin, with its salty hue and rich, intimate complex overtones. To enhance this 'skin scent', salicylates and amber were added, finishing with a few drops of heliotrope. This raw image was followed by the polishing of the creation. Each ingredient was reassessed and the dosage adjusted to get a homogeneous whole. Finally, colour and a more harmonious diffusion were added to the sensual Dans Tes Bras with a violet accord. All the adjustments lifted the original idea of a quiet but addictive sensuality of the fragrance from skin to a sublime end result.
