How to
Apply the Caviar Eyeliner Pencil along the upper lash line. Hold the pencil horizontally and press the long side of the tip flat against the eyelid. This makes it easy to see where the line is being drawn. Apply the pencil in short strokes so that it lies flush against the lashes. The pencil can also be applied to the waterline.
