Philip B’s Russian Amber Imperial Conditioning Crème is a rich treatment for normal, coloured or damaged hair. It leaves fine hair feeling thick and voluminous. It softens coarse, unruly hair, leaving it silky and manageable.
Apply to clean, damp hair – from the mid-lengths to the ends – and comb through. Rinse out. For deep conditioning, leave the product on for up to 5 minutes before rinsing. To enhance shine and manageability, finish with a few sprays of Philip B® pH Restorative Detangling Toning Mist.
