Parisian perfumer Stéphane Humbert Lucas started out as a painter and poet, and now creates perfume as art. He experiences scent and colour simultaneously and translates that into compositions that emerge as on a blank canvas. Influences from art, music and travel, especially to the Middle East, form the basis of his work. The fragrances from the perfume house are layered and expressive, just as a painting can be.
