Hand soap
Wet your hands thoroughly. Apply some soap to your hands. Rub your hands together for long enough to ensure that the tops and bottoms are well covered with soap, making sure to rub all your fingertips, between your fingers and your wrists thoroughly. Rinse the soap off thoroughly under running water. Dry your hands thoroughly, making sure not to forget the skin between your fingers.
Hand lotion
Apply a small amount to the back of your hand, then spread it over both hands using the backs of both hands. Then spread the Hand Lotion between your fingers, massaging your fingers and cuticles. After your fingers, spread the Hand Lotion over the whole hand and finally the palms.
