De Gold Immortals Candle van Ex Nihilo maakte meteen indruk. Zodra ik het doosje opende kwam de geur al naar buiten, iets wat je zelfs bij luxe kaarsen niet altijd hebt. Deze kaars voelt meteen krachtig, ik weet nu al dat hij de hele kamer vult zodra hij brandt. De mix van bloemen met warme amber, tonkaboon en zachte muskus geeft een rijke gloed die doet denken aan het parfum. Bergamot merk ik niet echt, dat heb ik eigenlijk nooit bij kaarsen. Maar de combinatie van peer, pioenroos en ylang ylang is heerlijk en de diepte sluit perfect aan op de geur die nog steeds op mijn wishlist staat.
