Goop’s Martini Emotional Detox Bath Soak is a soothing bath salt that helps relax both body and mind. The formula is enriched with Himalayan salt and carefully formulated. The name ‘The Martini’ refers to the traditional way of winding down after a day’s filming in the film industry – a moment of closure and relaxation. The bath salts contain, amongst other ingredients, Epsom salt, chia seed oil, passion flower, valerian root, myrrh, Australian sandalwood and frankincense.
Voeg één kopje (ongeveer een derde van de zak) toe aan warm stromend water en dompel jezelf onder gedurende minimaal twintig minuten. Combineer het bad met een rustgevende activiteit zoals mediteren, lezen of muziek luisteren. Drink voldoende water vóór, tijdens en na het bad. Spoel na afloop af, droog je zachtjes af, wikkel jezelf in een warme handdoek of badjas.
