How to

Shower gel
Apply while showering. Step out of the running water and apply a desired amount of shower gel to the body. Massage well and rinse off.

Body cream
After showering, apply to the skin and massage in with long strokes - working from the legs upwards - until the cream is completely absorbed.

Shampoo
Massage onto wet hair and scalp, focusing on the hair roots. Rinse well with water.

Conditioner
Use on shampoo-cleaned hair. Apply to hair, focusing on hair lengths. Leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse well with water.
