FUGAZZI by BORNTOSTANDOUT Eau de Parfum 50ml

Deze parfum ruikt echt heerlijk. Het heeft een aangename geur die niet te overweldigend is, perfect voor dagelijks gebruik. Zeker een aanrader voor wie van subtiele geur houdt.

Wat een mooie geur. heb de geur kunnen kopen op skins archive voor 78 euro ipv 195. Dus dat maakt het nog beter. een parfum van de verlanglijst afgestreept.

Ik was heel benieuwd naar deze geur van Quentin Bisch omdat hij de maker is van een paar van mijn favoriete geuren (van Maison Crivelli).

De geur opent voor mij met citrus, leer, hout.
Daarna overheersen voor mij de houttonen, alsof je bij een haardvuur zit. Na een uur of acht blijven de houttonen achter met wat vanille. Lekker.

Het is een unisexgeur, maar ikzelf zal hem hooguit in de winter dragen. Mijn man vindt hem ook lekker, dus die fles komt wel leeg.

4 sterren want de geur is goed, maar geen 5 sterren want ik vind de Maison Crivelli's echt lekkerder.

Longevity is impressive; on my skin it lasts well into the evening, maintaining strength without ever tiring. The projection is confident without being obnoxious, striking a beautiful balance between presence and elegance.

Scent Journey & Character

Opening:
The very first moments are fascinating — crisp, intriguing, and yes, a bit chemical in a good way. There’s an unexpected impression here, something that reminds me of the scent of a new book’s pages — that clean, slightly powdery, almost airborne quality that’s rare in mainstream perfumery. This impression likely comes from the interplay of creamy milk notes with citrus sparkles and the subtle bite of cumin. 

Heart:
As the perfume develops, it opens into a richer, more sensual realm. Suede and vetiver bring a warm, tactile layer, while saffron adds just the right pinch of spice — sensual, but never overpowering. There’s a depth here that feels both earthy and sophisticated, an olfactory heartbeat to the perfume’s story. 

Dry Down:
The finish is where Fugazzi truly shines. A creamy blend of vanilla, balsamic styrax, warm moss, musk, and ambroxan settles into something deeply intimate and lingering — a comforting warmth that stays close to the skin and invites others in without shouting. 

Ingredients & Composition

What makes Fugazzi so compelling isn’t just its performance — it’s the nuanced composition:
• Top Notes: Milk, Grapefruit, Incense, Mandarin, Cumin — a curious, almost cerebral opening that somehow works beautifully. 
• Heart Notes: Iris (powdery lift), Suede, Vetiver, Gaiac Wood, Saffron — this is where the perfume feels tactile, warm, and slightly spicy. 
• Base Notes: Vanilla, Styrax, Ambroxan, Moss, Musk — a seductive base that gives the scent its addictive dry-down and longevity. 

On the technical side, the fragrance includes classic aromatic and fixative ingredients like Alcohol Denat., Alpha-isomethyl ionone, limonene, linalool, and other commonly used compounds that help bring out those nuanced olfactory effects while ensuring good diffusion and lasting power on the skin. 

Overall Impression

Fugazzi isn’t just a perfume — it’s an experience. It’s addictive, layered, and remarkably refined given its contemporary edge. Some people might find the opening strange or unusual — because it isn’t a cookie-cutter citrus or vanilla — but that’s exactly why it stands out. Quite a stand out and special perfume for me.

Heerlijk geurtje, zoet maar ook kruidig. Heb wel t gevoel dat het wat sneller verliegt op mijn huid

Een leer geur die makkelijk te dragen is, het kan ook gelaagd worden met andere geuren.

Heerlijk uniek, een samenwerking die duidelijk is geslaagd 🫡

Like the collaboration of these two fragrance houses. Fugazzi by BTSO is a nice one. Looking forward to test the other one from Fugazzi.
