Seemingly, I may have quite boring preferences when it comes to the perfumes I use, I tend to gravitate towards notes like tonka, vanilla, ylang ylang, patchouli, musk, some driftwood, maybe, sometimes. And this one had to grow on me for over ten years, and it was so worth it.
The projection- brilliant. It lasts, it fills the rooms I enter, but never have I heard that it’s suffocating, i.e. too much and/or unpleasant!!!
I needed a replacement for Acqua e Zucchero fragrance, and Baccarat Rouge 540 filled the shoes elegantly.

Baccarat Rouge blijft voor mij echt een klassieker. Er is al zo veel over gezegd wat kan ik er nog aan toevoegen. Maar elke keer als ik hem draag snap ik weer waarom hij zo beroemd is geworden.Voor mij is dit zonder twijfel het parfum waar ik de meeste complimenten over krijg. Echt opvallend vaak vragen mensen wat ik draag. Soms ruik ik hem zelf bijna niet meer, maar anderen blijkbaar wel, want er komt bijna altijd wel een reactie.Wat ik er zo prettig vind is dat BCR warm en een beetje zoet is, maar toch niet zwaar. Hij heeft iets luchtigs, bijna alsof er een wolk om je heen hangt.
Ik weet dat sommige mensen hem inmiddels te populair vinden, maar eerlijk gezegd maakt dat mij niets uit. Er is een reden dat zoveel mensen hem dragen. Het is gewoon een geur die werkt.
Voor mij blijft het simpel,elke keer als ik Baccarat Rouge 540 draag, gebeurt er wel iets. En dat maakt hem voor mij nog steeds speciaal.

Dit is echt mijn all time favoriete!
Deze geur verveeld nooit en ik blijf complimenten krijgen elke keer als ik deze geur draag! Jammer dat er nu veel replica s zijn, maar niks kan tippen aan deze originele geur. Blijft lang hangen, ik ruik t dagen later op mijn jas/sjaal nog. Echt heerlijke zoete geur
