Why does my Skins Giftcard not have balance?
Send an e-mail to webshop@skins.nl with the order number or proof of purchase showing where and when the Skins Giftcard was obtained. This way we can find out the balance and if necessary upgrade it.

Through the shopping cart you can check the option ‘wrap as a present’, after which you have the option to include a personal message.
Note: products from our Archives, Sample Sets and Skins boxes won't be gift wrapped. In addition, some (festively packaged) products are exempted. The Skins Giftcard always has a festive packaging.

You can buy a Skins Giftcard in our webshop or in one of our Skins Boutiques. You can then choose a physical or digital gift card with an amount between €15 and €500.
It is not possible to return the Skins Giftcard.

The Skins Giftcard is valid indefinitely and can be exchanged at any time.

The only giftcard we offer is the Skins Giftcard.

You can choose 'Pay with the Skins Giftcard' at step two during checkout. Once you have checked all the details and agree to the terms and conditions, you can choose 'Pay'. We will then redirect you to the online payment environment. Here you can enter the 19-digit gift card number and the 6-digit pin code. The pin code can be found on the back of the gift card under the scratch layer.

Should there be any amount left over from the order to pay, you can pay it using one of the other payment methods.* If you do not redeem the entire amount of the gift card, the remaining amount will remain valid on your Skins Giftcard for a future order.
*Skins Giftcards cannot be redeemed in combination with Klarna.
