What happens to my order when I’m not home?

If you are away from home on the time of delivery, DHL will try to deliver your package to your neighbours or a DHL ServicePoint. You will receive a card in your letterbox from DHL. It will indicate where the package was dropped off in the street or at which DHL ServicePoint you can pick it up the next business day. Would you like to choose another delivery time or location? Use the Track & Trace code on the yellow card to choose another delivery option. Changes can be made on the day you receive the card.

You will receive an email when your parcel is ready for pick-up at a DHL ServicePoint. Your parcel will be held for you for seven calendar days, after which it will automatically be returned to Skins. Please bring valid proof of identity when picking up at a DHL ServicePoint.

Shipping & delivery

Can I have my order delivered to a Skins Boutique?

It is temporarily not possible to have an order delivered to one of our Skins Boutiques.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Orders placed on weekdays and Sundays before 23:59 will be dispatched the same day. If you place an order after 23:59, it will be dispatched the next working day.

Have you ordered a Sample Set? We will carefully pack the selected samples for you and dispatch them in a letterbox parcel with a Track & Trace code. Letterbox parcels have a delivery time of 1–3 working days. It is also possible to have a Sample Set sent as a standard parcel by selecting this option at checkout.

Public holidays
Please note that delivery times may be longer during public holidays. We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. You can see the most up-to-date delivery date at checkout.

There’s a product missing from my order.

Always check the delivery note with the quantity. If the product quantity is on '0', the product is not in stock. In this case, contact our Skins Experts. If you are missing a product that is in stock, please contact our online Skins Experts. This can be done via WhatsApp, our chat or by sending an e-mail to webshop@skins.nl.
