What should I do if my level is incorrect?

Have you recently made a purchase in our (e-)boutique, left a review, or for example, attended a masterclass, and no points have been updated in your account yet? Please check again the next day. Are the points still not credited? In that case, please contact our Skins Experts.

Skins Inclusive

Why have points been deducted from my Skins Inclusive account?

Points may be deducted if you return a purchase in full. This will void the right to the points attributed to the purchase.

Which levels are there?

Skins Inclusive has five levels for members. Each level includes new rewards and privileges. The higher your level, the more exclusive the surprises.

How do I sign up for Skins Inclusive?

Signing up for Skins Inclusive is very easy. Are you already a Skins customer? Then log in to your account and indicate that you want to become an Inclusive member. You will immediately see which rewards and privileges are waiting for you. Don't have a Skins account yet? No problem - when creating an account, you can become a member right away.

Why didn't I get any points for my purchase?

Skins Giftcards and products in the Skins Archives do not earn you points. If you only purchased a Skins Giftcard and/or products in the Archives, you will not be awarded points for these.

You can only earn 100 points once a day, regardless of the number of orders you place. If you place multiple orders in one day, they will be considered one purchase for the purpose of awarding points.

If you have an online order placed in the physical Skins Boutique by one of our Skins Experts, you will not be awarded any points for this either.

For whom is Skins Inclusive?

Skins Inclusive is for everyone who loves Skins products. As a member, you belong to our online community, where thousands of exclusive perfume and beauty lovers come together. All you have to do is create an account, and you will immediately benefit from exclusive rewards and privileges.

The total amount of my order is over €120. Why can't I choose a personal gift?

Skins Giftcards are excluded from awarding personalised gifts. For example: Is your total amount above €130, but there is a Skins Giftcard in your purchase? If the total amount minus the amount of the Skins Giftcard is below €130, no personal gift will be awarded.

The exclusive gift is not available when purchasing a Skins Box, a product from The Archives, Masterclasses, a Skins Giftcard, and/or a Sample Set. This also applies to the welcome gift.

Why can't the boutique employee sign me up for Skins Inclusive?

Due to privacy reasons, we are not allowed to use your data automatically for the programme unless you give your consent. To do so, you must indicate in your Skins account that you want to become an Inclusive member.

What do I get with Skins Inclusive?

By earning points, you can reach a higher level. Starting at level one, you will always have exclusive access to the Skins Archives, you will receive a personal gift with your purchase, and you can watch unique videos and tutorials by Skins Experts. At level two, you will get early access to Skins Inclusives launches, and from level three, you will receive invitations to exclusive events for members, among other things.
