Why have points been deducted from my Skins Inclusive account?

Points may be deducted if you return a purchase in full. This will void the right to the points attributed to the purchase.

Which levels are there?

Skins Inclusive has five levels for members. Each level includes new rewards and privileges. The higher your level, the more exclusive the surprises.

How do I sign up for Skins Inclusive?

Signing up for Skins Inclusive is very easy. Are you already a Skins customer? Then log in to your account and indicate that you want to become an Inclusive member. You will immediately see which rewards and privileges are waiting for you. Don't have a Skins account yet? No problem - when creating an account, you can become a member right away.

Why didn't I get any points for my purchase?

Skins Giftcards and products in the Skins Archives do not earn you points. If you only purchased a Skins Giftcard and/or products in the Archives, you will not be awarded points for these.

You can only earn 100 points once a day, regardless of the number of orders you place. If you place multiple orders in one day, they will be considered one purchase for the purpose of awarding points.

If you have an online order placed in the physical Skins Boutique by one of our Skins Experts, you will not be awarded any points for this either.

For whom is Skins Inclusive?

Skins Inclusive is for everyone who loves Skins products. As a member, you belong to our online community, where thousands of exclusive perfume and beauty lovers come together. All you have to do is create an account, and you will immediately benefit from exclusive rewards and privileges.

The total amount of my order is over €120. Why can't I choose a personal gift?

Skins Giftcards are excluded from awarding personalised gifts. For example: Is your total amount above €130, but there is a Skins Giftcard in your purchase? If the total amount minus the amount of the Skins Giftcard is below €130, no personal gift will be awarded.

The exclusive gift is not available when purchasing a Skins Box, a product from The Archives, Masterclasses, a Skins Giftcard, and/or a Sample Set. This also applies to the welcome gift.

Why can't the boutique employee sign me up for Skins Inclusive?

Due to privacy reasons, we are not allowed to use your data automatically for the programme unless you give your consent. To do so, you must indicate in your Skins account that you want to become an Inclusive member.

What do I get with Skins Inclusive?

By earning points, you can reach a higher level. Starting at level one, you will always have exclusive access to the Skins Archives, you will receive a personal gift with your purchase, and you can watch unique videos and tutorials by Skins Experts. At level two, you will get early access to Skins Inclusives launches, and from level three, you will receive invitations to exclusive events for members, among other things.

What should I do if my level is incorrect?

Have you recently made a purchase in our (e-)boutique, left a review, or for example, attended a masterclass, and no points have been updated in your account yet? Please check again the next day. Are the points still not credited? In that case, please contact our Skins Experts.

How can I use my rewards and privileges?

Log into your Skins Inclusive account regularly to see what surprises are waiting for you on your dashboard. For each reward and privilege, you will find out how to use them.

Are there any conditions for posting a product review?

Yes, there are conditions attached to posting a product review on our e-boutique. A good review helps other customers make informed choices and allows us to improve our services and products further. For this reason, a review must meet specific criteria before we approve it.

These are our conditions for posting a product review:

The review must have a title.
The review must consist of at least 40 characters and six words.
The review must not contain swear words or discriminatory language. Expressing emotions is allowed, but aggression is not.
The review should be realistic and focused on the product, not an experience with Skins. Would you like to give feedback on an experience with Skins? Then please contact one of our Skins Experts.
You need to select the number of stars you want to assign to the product.
The review must not contain any advertising or other expressions not related to Skins products.

A product review is accepted or rejected within 72 hours based on these criteria. If you are a Skins Inclusive member, you will only receive points for posting a review if it meets the conditions above.

Product reviews apply only to online purchases.

How do I get to a higher level?

You achieve a higher level by interacting with Skins. For example, making a purchase in our (e-)boutique, attending a masterclass, or posting a review on your latest purchase.

Can I drop down a level?

When you haven't interacted in your Skins Inclusive account for 12 months or haven't made any purchases in our (e-)boutique, you can drop back a level. Log into your account to see how you can level up again.

Is your question not listed here?

We can imagine that you might have a specific question about your account, level or rewards and privileges. Is your question not answered in these frequently asked questions? Our online Skins Experts are available on weekdays between 09:00 and 19:00, on Saturdays between 10:00 and 17:00 and on Sundays between 12:00 and 16:00. What is Skins Inclusive?

Skins Inclusive is the personalised appreciation programme for Skins customers. When you sign up as a member, you immediately benefit from many rewards and privileges, including unlimited access to the Skins Archives, a personalised gift with your purchase, unique video content from our Skins Experts and early access at Skins Exclusives and limited editions. Do treatments and purchased products at the Skins Salon count as purchases for Skins Inclusive?

No, the Skins Salons in Rotterdam and Groningen are excluded from Skins Inclusive. You will therefore not receive points for a booked treatment and purchases at these locations.
